I am a member of the ESP but cannot log-in with my member account anymore

The ESP has changed to a new membership management system and members area on the website.

Please ensure, that you have received an account activation e-mail from the ESP on June 22, 2020. Additionally, a reminder e-mail to activate your account has been sent on July 23, 2020 if you had not activated your account until then.

If you have not clicked the activation link in one of these e-mails to set a password for your new ESP member account, please do so to finally activate the account.

I have not received an account activation e-mail from the ESP

Please try to set a new password with the e-mail address you used last for your communication with the ESP under the link below:

I cannot reset my password. The following message is displayed:
'A user account with this e-mail address is not registered. Click on "Create account" to create a user account.'

In this case it is most likely, that we do not know your current e-mail address and your new membership account has been created automatically under an outdated e-mail address. Please take the following steps to access your membership under your new account:

Create a new account, as requested by the system here
Activate the account by clicking the link in the activation e-mail you receive after creating the account
Please, do not apply for a new ESP membership
Contact the ESP under admin@esp-pathology.org and submit your member number, as well as the e-mail address you used to create the new account. We will connect your membership with the new account.

I am a member of the ESP and want to register for the ECP congress. The congress registration system tells me, that I am not in good standing.

Most likely you have registered for the ECP congress with an account that is not connected to your ESP member account.

To benefit from the ESP member congress fees, please register for the congress with your ESP member account by logging in to the congress registration with the same e-mail address and password, you are using to log in to the ESP Members Area.

If your ESP member account e-mail address is outdated or you do not have access to this mailbox anymore, please take the following steps:

Please log in to the Members Area of the ESP society website with the account you used for the congress registration here
Please, do not apply for a new ESP membership
Contact the ESP under admin@esp-pathology.org and submit your member number, as well as the e-mail address you used to register for the congress. We will connect your congress account with your membership.
After we have confirmed your membership account update, you can finish the congress registration with this account
