ESP Newsletter Autumn Edition 2017

European Society of Pathology Newsletter Autumn 2017 Edition #27

Dear ESP Members,
Dear Colleagues,

It is with great pleasure that we are presenting you with the ESP Newsletter Autumn 2017 edition here!

Very fittingly, it starts with a very personal message from Dr. Dina Tiniakos, whom we are delighted to welcome as the new ESP President.

The very successful, well-attended 29th European Congress of Pathology is behind us. Those of you who were able to join us in Amsterdam will hopefully delight in the many reminiscences about it. For those who unfortunately couldn’t come, a withdrawal symptoms message from the Local Organising Committee should provide a powerful incentive to try to join us next time. And yes, we are already inviting you all to Bilbao for the 30th ECP 2018!

From the brand-new ESP Junior Academy, through Giordano Fellowship 2018 Awardees to the controversial formalin ban, we have prepared for you a mix of news, thoughts and information, which we sincerely hope you enjoy reading about.

Happy reading!
